Much of my work has been classified, proprietary, confidential (i.e., "sealed" by legal decree or the parties' mutual agreement), or for official use only, but references are available.

While not (or no longer) fluent, I have studied German, Vietnamese, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and Georgian.

Member of the New Mexico Internet Professionals Association since 1997, serving as membership chair, Board member, author/educator, and member of the Cerro Grande Fire (Los Alamos, 2000) emergency response team. Also, a past member and Board member of the New Mexico Mediation Association, serving both the Metropolitan Court and the City of Albuquerque.
